VIP Discount Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Changing Habits VIP benefits Program (the "Program"). By using the VIP discount, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Membership

  • The VIP benefits is exclusive to paid VIP membership customers and is non-transferable.
  • Members must have an active, verified account on via changinghabits.shop account. 
  • Changing Habits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program or your VIP status at any time without prior notice. 

3. Discount Usage & Limitations

  • The VIP discount provides discount off eligible full price purchases made via our ecommerce store 
  • The discount applies only to the product price and excludes shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees.
  • Promo Stacking: The VIP discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, vouchers, or ongoing sales, unless explicitly permitted by Changing Habits 
  • Free shipping offered are limited to cart thresholds and can be modified without notice.

4. Redemption Process

  • To redeem online, log into your registered VIP account and the relevant discount will be applied at checkout. 

5. Exclusions

The discount is not valid on the purchase of gift cards, limited-edition items, or the following product categories: Coffee subscriptions, bundles or sale promotions 

6. Returns & Refunds

If you return an item purchased using a VIP discount, you will be refunded the exact amount paid after the discount was applied. The VIP discount cannot be reinstated for future use on a new order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changing Habits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia
